The room was equipped with a fridge, writing desk, iron, and ironing board - and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast spread included coffee, fresh bread slices, cereals, and muffins. the staff provided fantastic service and were outstandingly accommodating.

The location is excellent in front of a bus station to arrive from the airport and next to the visitor Center

Perfect location near the falls and Rainbow bridge to Canada. Free parking available. WiFi in the room worked well. Friendly staff. Clean room with a nice view of the street and church. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, although it didn't exceed expectations.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and had very very helpful and exceptionally nice staff. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were not particularly helpful. The location was favourable, with Koi Restaurant nearby, where we could eat. Loved our very nice stay there a lot.

2 things to improve .. First, it is a tourist site because they do not hire bilingual staff ... second, the pillowcases smell dirty ...

The hotel was clean and in a good location. The staff were pleasant. They gave me a nice size and brand-new room with a balcony and whirlpool and a shower. Greatly enjoyed this venue, had a very nice experience.

The service is fantastic, includes great parking. The hotel provides coffee, slices of fresh bread, cereals, and muffins for breakfast, the food is good. The staff is exceptionally nice and pleasant. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk to Niagara Falls State Park.
